About Me
I’m Magnus. I build products, teams, and systems. What interests me most isn’t just the technology itself, but how it shapes how people think, work, and make decisions.
I’ve spent the last fifteen years leading product and technology in B2B SaaS companies, building platforms from scratch and helping organisations become smarter without drowning in complexity. Coming from operations, product and tech, I tend to see systems whole — the people, the incentives, and the behaviour, not just the architecture
Outside work, I read widely, experiment with AI, write, build, and spend as much time outdoors with my family as possible.

Core Principles
Thoughtful Technology
Technology should enhance human capabilities without diminishing human agency or judgment. I believe in building systems that amplify our best qualities rather than replacing them.
Systems Thinking
Understanding the complex interplay between technology, organisations, and society requires a systems approach that looks beyond immediate impacts to consider second and third-order effects.
Balanced Perspectives
I strive to avoid the extremes of tech optimism and pessimism, instead taking a nuanced approach that acknowledges both opportunities and challenges in technological evolution.
Continuous Learning
The technology landscape is constantly evolving, requiring perpetual curiosity and a commitment to ongoing learning and adaptation.
